• The day of arrival check-in is from 4pm to 8pm, but we offer flexibility and customized solutions agreed at the time of booking;

• The day of departure check-out time is before 10 am, to allow cleaning of the premises and their new assignment, but we can offer flexibility customized solutions agreed at the time of booking;

• At arrival, each guest must present a Document  valid (photocopies are not accepted) for the registration of law with the authorities of Public Security;

• Rates include: bed linen (sheets and towels), complimentary toiletries, bath set, tea  coffee and cakes, cleaning service (twice a week);

• The rooms have  safety box: Dimora del Vicolo disclaims any liability in case of loss, theft or damage of valuables left unattended by guests within the property;

• Have access to the property regularly registered guests only;

• Our apartments are no smoking – Smoking is allowed outside on the terraces;

• No pets allowed;

• Customers are invited to review this regulation and not to disturb other guests, especially from 23:00 to 7:00.
